The following terms and conditions apply to all assignments undertaken by Creative Photo and Video and form the basis of the contract between all parties concerned.

1. It is agreed by all parties concerned that this document is accepted as being the only valid contract between the signatories.

2. Creative Photo and Video shall do everything possible to ensure the quality and timeous delivery of the products and services ordered.  However, should anything beyond the control of Creative Photo and Video delay the delivery, or effect the quality of the final product or services Creative Photo and Video assumes or accepts no responsibility for such delay or lack of quality.
3. It is an express condition of this contract that any deposits paid to Creative Photo and Video are non refundable and will be forfeit in the event of cancellation.  However, should the wedding not be cancelled but postponed to a future available date, not exceeding twelve (12) months after the initial date, and Creative Photo and Video is able to secure a replacement booking for the original wedding date, any deposits made will be carried over and deducted from the costs associated with the new wedding date. If the date exceeds twelve months, a price adjustment on the original package will be applicable.
4. It is to be understood by all parties concerned that any service or product not expressly included for and noted in his contract will be an additional cost to the client to be paid for on a COD basis. All costs associated with the capture of the wedding on Videotape and Photographic medium by Creative Photo and Video are noted in the body of this document.  No additional or “hidden costs” will be claimed from the client.
5. All enlargements, duplicates and/or extra goods or services included in this package must be claimed within three (3) months after the wedding, failure to claim the above within this time could incur extra costs to the client.
6. Creative Photo and Video is equipped to ensure the successful capture of your special moment on Videotape and Photographic medium and herewith undertakes to do everything possible to leave you pleasant and lasting memories.
7. It is an express condition of this contract that all original material, master tapes and/or Photographic material, shall remain the property of Creative Photo and Video and that any image captured may be used in any advertising medium including the Internet.
8. Any assignment outside an eighty (80) kilometer radius from the Vaal Triangle will be subjected to a traveling charge.
9. Additional time:  Photo or video Option “A” package covers a total of 3 hours.  Photo or Video Option “B” or “C” packages cover a total of 8 hours maximum (including the hour and a half before church service).  Any additional time spent at your wedding after midnight or over the prescribed time limits listed above will be charged for at R300.00 per hour or part thereof. 
10. If for any reason beyond our control, Creative Photo and Video is unable to attend your wedding, it is hereby agreed that a substitute photographer and/or  videographer will be supplied by us. Please note items, 2,4, 5, and 6 above.
